IntelliDev ("we," "our," or "us") provides this Refund Policy to explain the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for services provided through agiapis.com.
Subscription Services
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
- Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used. After 30 days, no refunds are provided for annual plans.
API Credit Purchases
- Purchased API credits are non-refundable once used
- Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, subject to a 10% processing fee
- Credit expiration dates are clearly stated at time of purchase
Service Interruptions
If our service experiences downtime exceeding 48 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
